What comes in
Information you choose to send
When you use the contact form, AnicorLabs receives the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, project type, timing or budget notes, and message. The site may also store basic request context such as the browser user agent so submissions can be debugged and handled responsibly.
What does not happen
No advertising data machine
This site is not built around advertising profiles, retargeting pixels, or selling visitor data. If that ever changes, this policy should change before the new behavior goes live.
How it is used
Practical business follow-up
Contact information is used to read the request, respond to it, evaluate whether the work fits AnicorLabs, maintain business records, and protect the site from spam or abuse.
Service providers
The managed systems in the path
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and may use Cloudflare services for hosting, request handling, security checks, Turnstile spam protection, and managed data storage. Contact messages may be delivered through SendGrid. These providers process information only as needed to run the site and deliver the contact workflow.
Retention
Kept only while useful
Contact submissions may be kept while a request is active, while a business relationship is being evaluated, or while records are useful for operations, security, or legal obligations. Old material that no longer has a reason to stay should be deleted during normal cleanup.
Your controls
Ask, update, delete
You can ask what contact information AnicorLabs has from you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when the information is no longer needed. Send the request through the contact path and include enough context to identify the original message.
Children
Not aimed at children
The public AnicorLabs website is intended for business and product inquiries. It is not directed to children and should not be used to send information about anyone under 13.
Changes
Patch notes belong on the page
If the data path changes in a meaningful way, this policy should be updated with a new date. The current version stays focused on the public site, contact form, and managed infrastructure listed above.
